Erica is a passionate, versatile, strategic thinker, with an analytical mind and has experience in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), non-profit leadership, and community engagement. As a licensed clinical therapist, I utilize my skills to support business development and cultivate relationships while recognizing and celebrating differences. I include storytelling with data-driven insights to engage, educate, and connect with people.

Claudia is a psychotherapist and New York-licensed social worker who specializes in helping people with personal identity and relationship issues. She takes a nonjudgmental, accepting, warm, and collaborative approach to help you and your partner navigate life transitions, nurture your relationship, and grow both personally and as a couple.

Monika Estrada Guzman

Monika is the Founding Program Director of Nido de Esperanza in Washington Heights/Inwood, a faith-based early childhood intervention program for families with infants and toddlers ages zero to three. Her work and excellence has been recognized with the New York University Silver School of Social Work Outstanding Student Program Award, and National Association of Social Workers NYC Chapter, among others.

Jessica is a bilingual licensed master social worker. A native New Yorker and first generation LATINX female, she has years of experience working with the BIPOC community in Western Queens. She specializes in trauma informed care, providing services to adolescent / adult survivors of sexual trauma and intimate partner violence through a holistic, integrative approach.

Sherona is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of New York, who specializes in walking alongside clients through grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenging life transitions. She has a down-to-earth, inclusive style will also help you to feel safe, and at ease, as she understands that clients are the experts of their own lives. Sherona has over 8 years of experience in the social work field and works through a strength-based and person-centered approach.

Erin Mills

Erin is a psychotherapist who works with adults and older adolescents in individual therapy. She works from a humanistic and relational psychoanalytic perspective, but believes in tailoring therapy to fit the individual. Her style is collaborative, warm, interactive and inquisitive - she works to create a space where you can try new things and explore your experiences with openness and curiosity, with a goal of feeling better and experiencing greater connection and meaning in life.

Tiffany Hervas

Tiffany Hervas, LMSW is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who works with preteens, adolescents and young adults. Her inclusive collaborative process supports working through anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, inner child healing, complex family systems and life transitions. She utilizes play therapy, expressive art, spirituality, somatics and movement techniques when requested to facilitate deeper healing work. Her specialties are in working with families of mixed immigration status through ongoing supportive therapy, conducting psychological evaluations for immigration petitions.

Jenn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her areas of expertise are older adults, adults and adolescents. She offers individual therapy with a compassionate approach. Jenn is bilingual and can offer both English and Spanish speaking therapy. Additionally, she also works as a Medical Social Worker specializing in Neurological Disorders. Her experience lends her the ability to see the therapeutic relationship with her clients under a social work justice lens.

Michelle Castillo

Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and 4 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She has worked with people of all ages in different settings but her expertise is working with adolescents and adults of all ages. Michelle uses a holistic approach, with a focus on the mind, body, and spirit as well as the various environmental factors and societal structures that affect each individual. In addition to talk therapy she uses art, sensory objects and trauma-informed mindfulness techniques to help regulate the nervous system.

Saiurys Laucel Moreno

Saiurys primary focus is on trauma and CBT. She’s been working in mental health for seven years. She started at a non-profit mental health organization working in the intake department and also recently interned at Troop 6000, which is a program catered to girls living in shelters across all five boroughs. Saiurys believes in holistic living and taking a minimalistic approach in life. She’s also a certified health coach and can provide some techniques to improve patients’ overall health. It would bring Saiurys great pleasure to assist and help teach people techniques to help deal with the stresses of life.

Ambar is a person-centered psychotherapist whose work has focused on supporting adolescents, young adults, families, and women through the changing seasons of life. She is passionate about helping individual’s work through limiting beliefs, negative patterns, and traumas keeping them from experiencing true joy and freedom. Madeline Maldonado is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in program administration, clinical supervision & trainings, psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and social work consulting. Madeline has dedicated her career to helping people and seeking to improve systems and organizations that work with, and service people. As a professor and Social Work Consultant, she trains students and professionals on how to work within the current mental health system with less stress, secondary trauma and burnout. She confronts problems with teamwork and solution focused strategies.

Sylvia Gonzalez

Licensed Clinical bilingual Spanish speaking social worker with 30 years of professional experience in diverse populations including persons with trauma background, partner violence, substance abuse, mental illness, child welfare and persons in the criminal justice systems. Because of Sylvia's extensive work she's been exhibited as a mentor and leader in the field. Known for having deep intercultural sensitivity, which has added significantly to the effectiveness of her work. Skilled in grief and loss and post-traumatic stress disorder. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Resourceful, creative and a leader among peers, department heads and community organizations.
